The 35 villages
The 35 Walser villages in the Ayas basin are a haven of delights for those looking for picturesque views and spectacular panoramas.
The northernmost one, the first to be developed in the settlement, “capital” Walser of the area, is Saint-Jacques: in summer it is starting point of the mule tracks that cross the nuclei of Résy, Plan de Verraz and Fiéry; in winter it is pure spectacle, The last frontier of civilization beyond which is the kingdom of the wild mountain.
Going down to the valley, past Champoluc and the 16th century Champlan rascards, you will meet Frantse with those who are perhaps the most beautiful rascards of the valley, all dating back to around 1700.

Rackets, alpine skiing and cross-country skiing
The peaks of the Monterosa chain as well as the majestic Cervino are the backdrop to our Residence, you are directly on the ski slopes in the Monterosaski area which includes 128 km of slopes, alpine skiing, freeride, Ski mountaineering, telemark, snowboarding, heli-skiing the choice is endless.
Ski
For ski lovers, do not miss the exciting descents of the Monte Rosa area.
Snowshoe hiking
The rackets are an incomparable means to discover the territory of the Valle d'Ayas, with the opportunity to find different landscapes.
Snowboard
Thanks to the ski area, you will have the opportunity to perform numerous acrobatic tricks such as jumps, rotations and tricks.
Summer activities
Hiking, adventure and relaxation
So many activities for the whole family to do in summer! Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, ice climbing with guides. Every week a hiking guide (three times per week) will accompany our guests on the trails of the valley to discover the culture and curiosities of the place.
Hiking
You can travel to the borders of the Aosta Valley, touching three valleys, Ayas Gressoney and Alagna or you can climb the glacier of Inden in the heart of Monte Rosa.
Sport climbing
You can find routes already equipped with fixed anchors, such as bolts and chains, which guarantee greater safety. Climbers will be able to tackle routes of different difficulties, from the easiest to the most extreme.
Adventure park
An exciting area for adventure and nature lovers. This park offers a series of tree-hanging trails, ideal for families, groups of friends and outdoor sports enthusiasts.
